This is the finished publication project, even if I keep thinking of things that I would like to add...
The book is based on a trip to Kilmore Quay last month. I became interested with the Yola language that was spoken in Forth and Bargy, and this area of Wexford a very long time ago. It was a form of Middle English, which assimilated many Irish words. It's a dead language, so to construct verses and my own lines of text in Yola, I went back through Poole's Glossary and old songs and poems.
The title of the book "Till ee zin go t'glade" translates to "Till the sun goes to set".
